Do the 4 silvers posts in the corners come off so we can spray paint them a different color?

Idk how easily they pop out but two of the four corners of mine have cracked over time and the magnets are ‘free’ now. It’s not good!

Will this stick on a fridge surface that's curved?

My fridge is slightly curved. But they will not stick on extremely curved items

I don’t use the eraser! I use a paper towel to erase the board
