Winco ICD-8 No.8 Ice Cream Disher with Plastic Handle, Stainless, Gray, Stainess Steel, Size 8, 4 oz capacity

I specifically wanted a 1/2 cup scoop for a recipe that I use. Ice cream scoops you buy in the supermarket, or even kitchen stores, are not specifically measured like this kind of scoop. Well made, with a sturdy plastic handle, the triggered bow release has the "8" right on it, indicating how many of these scoops fit in a quart. (The higher the number, the smaller the scoop.) Exactly what I needed.

Works really well.

This product works well, however, it is missing some seals that will let bacteria build up. Will need to clean more often then one with a seal between plastic handle and metal.

Can't say "I love it" but didn't' want to give it a lower rating because it does what it's supposed to do. It's a 4 oz. scoop, just right for loose meat on a bun. With this, you can figure ahead of time exactly how many servings you will get. Packed well and delivered on time.
