Cuisinart 7 Cup Food Processor, 600-Watt Motor, White, DLC-10SYP1

Me gusto mucho el procesador, la base es bastante pesada para mover facilmente, supongo que es para estabilidad del aparato, funciona bien, aunque hay que usarla no tan llena, porque luego quedan algunos trozos grande, yo los aparto y los proceso despues aparte para evitar sobreprocesar todo lo demás. Los rayadores aun no los he usado porque tengo otro procesador para eso, aunque me hubiera gustado que tuviera una pieza para almacenar los discos y toda esa parte de los rayadores cuando no se usan, sin embargo son piezas que se venden por separado y a un precio no tan economico. En si el aparato tiene buena pinta, fácil de usar y lavar, y hasta el momento no he tenido problemas, he picado carne, zanahorias, betabel (que son duros), entre otras cosas y todo ha funcionado bien.

This is the first/only food processor I have ever owned/used and it's amazing. This food processor is remarkably quiet compared to my old blender. The pulse/on/off switch is easy to use. I've watched countless videos of reviews of various food processors and this one, as well as a higher model one, had excellent 'stoppage' - meaning, the blade doesn't continue to spin long after letting go of the pulse switch, which can otherwise over process food. This model is attractive enough to leave out on the kitchen counter and it doesn't have a large footprint either. The parts are super easy to clean as they are all dishwasher safe - although I more often than not handwash them with the use of a soft bristled brush to get into all the grooves especially after making hummus or shredding cheese. I love that the base is heavy enough to remain firmly planted while in use - it doesn't shift or jump around like some lighter, cheaper models tend to do based on reviews I've read and seen on YouTube. The blade is extremely sharp - so sharp that if you don't use a metal spoon to scrape around the bowl, you could end up cutting/scratching your silicone/plastic utensil while the blade is still inside. I haven't used this to knead dough yet, but so far I've used it to make hummus, scalloped potatoes (evenly sliced!), shredded cheese, coleslaw, bean dips, salsas, and falafels. I look forward to making my own jams, spreads, and pesto sauce.

Our second one. The first lasted for many, many years . I don't know how we could live without one ...... Just Buy it ! You won't be sorry .

Love my new Cuisinart food processor. My original one lasted 42 years. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. I use this 3-4 times a week and love it just like I loved my orignal one.
