Can this be used for lifting dumbbells? Thanks

YES! - It's actually a pretty good belt, with good support and fit. So, it can be used for any reasonably heavy weight training with good results. I am a powerlifter and have my competition lever belt for heavy stuff (200kg+ squatting and 250kg+ deadlifting). But this RDX belt can be used for 'heavy work' for bodybuilders or other weight trainers.

What’s the belt width.

Hi, Please be informed that the width of the belt is 4inch and thickness is around 10mm

Is there a size guide for this item?

Hi, You can measure your waist size and compare it with the listed size chart to select the suitable size for yourself. Regards, B2Fitness

How small is XS? it’s not on the table.

24 - 28 inches if measured around the belly
