Yes these fat daddio cake tins are pricey but they are professional quality, not the flimsy ones that rust after first cleaning, they are anodised aluminium and really thick aluminium.

Definitely worth the money , wish I’d bought them years ago

It’s hard finding high quality pans these days, but Fat Daddio’s quality is unmatched! These cake pans are exactly was I was looking for. They have nice straight sides with a rolled edge and thicker than average aluminum thickness. The material is not a rinky-dinky pan like so many competitors out there. Excellent heat distribution, and Excellent baking results. I’ve bought multiple pan sizes from Fat Daddio. They do not disappoint.

Los mejores moldes que eh comprado, me encanta la altura del molde, es mediana y permite cocer muy bien los bizcochos, expande muy bien el calor y no permite que una parte salga más bombacha que la otra, salen muy parejos, no se pega para nada el bizcocho. Sin duda seguiré comprando la marca muchas veces más. También ya probé otros moldes de la misma marca y todos me salen bastante buenos.

I am in love with my baking pans! They came with no dents and stickers weren’t bad to take off so I have no idea what the fuss is all about. Just apply some warm water and a lil soap and that’s all you are good to go. They bake even and I have not needed a core yet but probably will need for the bigger sizes. I had ordered the wilton ones but had to return them and replace them with these ones because they came in all dented.

Perfect , this pan is exactly what I expected and worked out so great for my recipe. It cleaned up nicely with just a soft sponge and dish soap after baking since I used a baking paper liner. Highly recommended.
