Great film well worth watching small town girl goes to big city to persue her dreams. Great sound track filmed wonderfully . Definitely one to watch

as a lover of mad spanish films , the god Almodovar and all of Bigas Lunas [ I adored the ridiculous and the kink of; The tit and the moon , Ages of Lulu , Jamon jamon , Golden balls ] I was so excited to unexpectly find this film . A lot more up to date , using lots of music , game tricks , grafitti and tv ad styles this is a very audio and visual film . Basically its the story of a girl who wants to leave the small town [ her father drinks because he is about to loose the house , the mother shouts and the boyfriend is more in love with his car and his mates ]. I remember seeing those bizare pimped up cars with their loud loud beats driving through a quaint spanish white village at midnight , so this story really resonated with me . The girl runs away to the big city with her best friends and at first its all shopping , excitement and big big dreams . I really was feeling the story; the would she / wouldnt she make it / what kind of acting would she really end up doing . However although this is a double dvd , the story just ends [ the second dvd is just extras ] so I was just left wanting more . Veronica Echegui is marvelous and totally takes over the screen , I wonder if she will end up being an actress , like penelope Cruz ? A finally note this says its a certificate 13 but being a spanish and Bigas its proberbly more an narrow minded UK 18 . Enjoy this is a loud fun noisy bright bitch of a movie , great spanish fun.
