My son is 350 lbs. Is this appropriate?

My son is 680 lbs and it fits him, he uses it to shovel food into his mouth. It’s so cute!

can it dig up some little rocks

It can dig small pebbles, as my son has put some in his sand box. If there are a few small rocks in the sand or dirt, it could probably handle it. It's a great toy, very much loved at our house!

Does the seat turn - Can the kid pick up sand one place, rotate and dump it out in another? If so, does it rotate 360*?

The seat does not turn but the digger itself turns 180o ,dumps sand and snow....my little buddy loves it !!!

I suppose it could, but the way the seat is facing makes it more like an easy 180 degree - I cannot remember if the seat easily swivels to make it around 360. Either way, my son & his friends are still obsessed with this toy. One of our best purchases!
