So my poor baby girl (1yo) has had dreadful eczema for weeks. We weren’t using the average baby lotion but that only seemed to make it worse. Finally, I bought this and it is MAGIC. In just two days, a terrible flare up is absolutely gone and my baby girl’s skin is flawless again. It is indeed very thick, but it’s a balm. It lingers on the skin for hours and that’s part of why it works so well.My only complaint is, as so many others. This is a wee little container fit for diaper bags and travel. It is NOT A full size. It’s great if you just want to test it, but if you need a tub, this ain’t it. Get the big one.

Amazing stuff. My newborn’s face was breaking out bad. Tubby Todd didn’t work at all. I was worried it was something in my diet with nursing. But, I alternated between this and 1% cortisone cream (like our ped recommended ) a few times a day and it made a big difference!

This is a must have in my home. The last few years we have had many changes in our skin and this is the only thing that is soothing and consistently moisturizing and keeping down any skin irritation. I highly recommend not just for babies but for people with sensitive skin.

Nice and soothing! Helped the backs of my hands in cold/harsh and dry winter. Use every now and then but it solved my issue so I don't need it as much in the warmer seasons!

unsure why people would complain about a BALM being thick, but okay. I got this for eczema under my eye, so the small amount isn't a huge problem for me - I just don't understand why this little pot is *barely half full* at opening. seems to work well thus far. soothing, not greasy.update: I just bleached my hair and this also works amazingly (when using a tiny amount and rubbing it on your hands) as a leave-in conditioner and smoother! doesn't make your hair greasy as long as you just use the smallest amount.
