Bayer Is A Great Staple To Have On Hand For Aches And Pains, They Work Very Fast
These work very well and I usually only have to take one. I have gotten to the point I won't buy anything that has acetaminophen in it because it is useless for me. I may as well drink a glass of water as take it and all the news about the harm to you liver just makes it worse. This is good, basic aspirin and caffeine- both excellent pain killers and they are reasonably priced. This is an item I keep on hand now, it's my go to for help with my prescriptions, and when I just need to get rid of an ache or pain quickly. They work very well for me, I'm disabled and deal with a very high pain level and these really help.

Great price, not great pain relief
The price was great. The pain relief was a bit disappointing. I was hoping they would work like the old Excedrin back and body. Those were fantastic for amazing pain relief. These seem no stronger than a couple baby aspirin.

Bayer Aspirin with Caffeine: Works Great, at a good price!
I have a bad back and neck from arthritis, and constantly get headaches. I take 2 Bayer Back & Body Aspirin after breakfast every day as a pain reliever and blood thinner. (I need more than baby aspirin, my doc said.) The caffeine in this aspirin really helps my morning headaches, and the aspirin itself helps my aches and pains. In the evening, since I don't want to have caffeine late in the day, I use Bayer Aspirin Plus. The "Plus" is their unique buffer, which really protects my sensitive stomach! Price on both Bayer aspirins is great on Amzon... About half the price at our local pharmacy. Try them!

Thank goodness for Bayer Back and Body
After trying many products, Bayer Back and Body often is the only answer. It works quickly and does not make one feel tired or drugged or in need of a nap, as many medications for back pain seem to do. I'm always grateful to find it for purchase, as sometimes it is not in the stores. Although Advil and Aleve are frequently advertised as taking fewer pills per day, etc., I do not find that they always get to the pain... or make me drowsy or headachy.

Herniated discs
I have herniated discs and was taking these until I was able to get to a doctor. They work great! I would take it in the morning before the pain got too bad and it definitely got the through the first half of the day!
