GRAND CANYON Cruise 10.0 - self-inflating insulating mat, different colors

I bought this with the intention of seeing if I thought an Exped would be worth having - I’ve still got this and have had no issues whatsoever using it straight on the ground in the woods. The only disadvantage is I’m now often too hot in my three season sleeping bag with a bivvi bag, even when it’s literally freezing. It is a bit of a monster to carry, but not much bigger than much more expensive versions. The only improvement would be a one-way deflate valve to make packing it easier, but this is very minor.

Update 2020. This is still a very good camping mat, but now I’m getting older I’m thinking of a bit more depth for comfort. Nice mattress, but it didn't want to inflate after leaving it all night, so I blew it up manually to three inches and left it in the sun, then blew it up twice more and got up to 4 inches. Now it inflates by itself.

Was very impressed with it the first camping trip,unfortunately it started deflating after that and I couldn't find any punctures.Quite annoyed that it's only lasted about two weeks in total and it was very expensive,my boyfriends Aldi £14.99 self inflating mat was much better!!!

Didnt take too long to inflate. I thought it would inflate a bit more but its comfortable. It was easy to roll up and put back away.

Wider than our Gelert XL. nice and wide for me and with our old one fits nicely in our tent pod. Plenty of thickness and so far so good. Slept 5 nights on it so far.

Quite bulky, but inflates really well - super comfy.

Arrived on time. Expands to just under 10cms on its own.Very comfortable. Couple of the best nights sleep for a long time.Slightly difficult to put away when inside a small tent.
