This is a simple product. It's diatomaceous earth for your de pool filter. It works like all de you put in a coffee can size bucket into your swimming pool after you backwashed and it keeps your pool clean. So simple to use even a child can do it.

This DE powder has worked well for my pool filter. I’ve been using it for about 2 years now. It has helped to keep our pool clean. You get two large bags in one box that weighs a lot so be sure someone in your family can handle the weight.

DE is added to your pool filter by volume (typically 1 lb plastic measuring cup). Since DE is sold by weight, I recommend Dicalite DE as it is significantly drier than the plastic-bagged DE sold locally. In other words, I get more cups of DE from a 50 lb bag of Dicalite than the 50 lb bag of wet/damp DE. Pricing from Amazon is excellent and delivery is only a couple of days.

Was delivered fast, I was shocked to find two bags but im ready for a couple of years now.

This is what we use for our saltwater pool. We put it in a big tub container once we receive the box and then it’s easy to scoop out.
