The wood is skinny. It cracks when you screw in a screw, and I did it by hand, did not use a power screwdriver, or inserting a dowel rod.You can see three of the places where it cracked.Thee only good thing I can say about this crappy tower is that is was easy to put together.NO, I would NOT recommend buying.

The media could not be loaded. Not the best material but works for what I needed. Keep in mind there are two different lengths of screws..they are not packaged separately. So don’t start building all Willy nillly like. I should have just built my own shelves but I was lazy and this was priced right. Also I wasn’t expecting great craftsmanship so there is that. Works well fir the height of my detergent bottle and not so deep that you loose things way in the back.

Bought for my son's home pantry to add more storage and it was a perfect fit. Great product.

This was a perfect solution in our bathroom. Our counter is on the small size with 2-door cupboard below but nodrawers. The space between the sink and the toilet is quite narrow and this tower fits perfectly. We filled 4 of thecubby holes with the baskets that are shown for separate purchase with it. They make super drawers! We left 2of the cubbies open to hold our tall bottles. It is nice and sturdy, and no problem for adults, but if you have kidsyou might wish to anchor it against the wall to be safe. It is hard to find something so narrow that does not lookcheap. I would recommend both the tower and the baskets.

Putting it together felt flimsy from the start, but I was willing to live with it. The shelves had very little to hold onto the sides with how much the pegs stuck out, I was willing to live with that. But... connecting the top to the bottom seemed odd that there were only 4 short screws holding it together. After examination only a few milimeters each, little did we know. My husband carried it up the stairs carefully knowing it didn't seem stable and the entire top fell right off because of how it was held together. We followed the directions on how to put it together. I just think they missed the boat on how to reinforce the top to the bottom. I bought this when it went on sale and had just bought a different brand that was the same amount, and that one was very sturdy and well thought out. This one is flimsy, so if you buy it, make sure you figure out how to keep it together before moving it.

Have a limited amount of space in my kitchen but needed a cabinet of some type, what to do? Went directly to Amazon and there it was, the exact storage tower that I needed, like it was made for me. Bought it right away and it looks amazing. It's so sturdy just like the ad says, it's tall and slim, easy to put together and above all had a reasonable price. Highly recommend this storage tower.
