Fender Mustang Micro Headphone Amp
Bought one of these from Amazon five months ago, very pleased with it. So much so that I just bought another one that was on offer from Amazon. I can leave one in my humbucker guitar and one in my single coil guitar. That way I can leave each one on the settings that I prefer for each guitar. At first sight, it might seem expensive for a small headphone amp, but in reality, many guitar pedals cost more, and only perform very limited functions. It plugs into a Les Paul and Strat type input jack perfectly (it's actually easier to see the controls in the LP guitar body). Not tried it in a Telecaster socket yet, but on line reviews say that's fine too. The 65 Twin with Compression setting certainly produces that classic squashed comp sound, ideal for country style, add some built in slap back delay for country/rockabilly. The 65 Deluxe setting is a cleaner tone, very nice, add built in reverb or delay to taste. I am used to a Fender Tube Amp, but this headphone amp does a very good job (nice Fender tone with a Strat). The Bassbreaker 15 setting is great for Rock, especially with humbuckers. Surprisingly, the Uber setting is also very useable for even more distortion. Streaming in backing tracks via Bluetooth (YouTube or Spotify) works well. The blend of playing to a backing track via good headphones really encourages you to play more, and pick up the timing and nuances of a song. I achieve the overall 6 hour play time between re-charge, even when streaming in backing tracks via Bluetooth. Expect battery life will diminish over the years. The volume control on the headphone amp is a bit too sloppy; could be improved with a more positive feel. The British 70's setting has a curios bloom/noise trail at the end of a note (like a compressor bloom). This is the same on both headphones amps that I have; maybe that is representative of the amp that it emulates? Overall a very useful tool and fun to use.

Great bit of kit
I love this thing it doesnt come with headphones fits all my guitars due to the fact you have a lot of movement around the jack. I really like the fact that I could connect my phone or laptop via bluetooth and then play along with the lesson from fender play for example you need to subscribe for fender play or if you buy a guitar or amp from fender you normally get couple months fender play for free other learning apps will work also ie YouTube lessons so really versatile and the sound you get from it is really top quality I have had big marshall stacks and small fender amps and for practicing, learning or a late night jam where you dont want to disturb neighbor's then this is really great it even works with my bass guitar and for around £90 I cant put it down theres 12 amp types from fender 65 twin through british style jcm style amp through to modern metal so really overdriven, and also 12 effects types reverb, chorus, flanger, tremolo and delay and mixes of those ie delay and reverb theres lots of choices you can also change the parameters of each effect. So let's say your using one of the clean amps and reverb you can increase or decrease the amount of effect you get so with reverb you can decrease it until you get no reverb or increase so you get alot and with effects like flanger and tremolo it increases or decreases the speed or rate of the effect. you can even connect the mustang micro via usb cable not supplied to your pc or mac and record with it. This would be great for beginners because you get great range of sounds for not alot of money right through anyone really I live in a terrace house and cant play late or loud but I can now through my headphones I have been playing guitar for over 30 years and I love it would recommend in a heartbeat.

Mustang Micro Amp
Like others have said here it's a really great bit of kit. In addition to being an excellent headphone amp, I've used it to feed into the aux socket on my Orange Crush bass amp. This turns a simple amp into a fun modelling amp, no need for a separate guitar amp !! The bluetooth is a big bonus too. You can hook it up to a pc or phone for backing tracks and play-alongs and use the volume controls on the Micro to help balance the sound. It also works with my Boss looper pedal - just plug the micro into the output on the looper and you are good to go...............all in all very versatile.

Great guitar accessories when on the go or for self learning
I personally enjoyed using this fender micro amp it's perfect for my needs wanting to do some self learning without being too noisy with the headphones. It's packed with features from different amp and effects from clean tones to something with a bit more crunch ensuring there's a little something for everyone. It's very easy to use, plug in and change settings etc. Unplugging the amp for me is always a tad bit nerve racking although it feels like a decently made product the way it's constructed gives me some concerns. It the perfect size to have something on the go. If i was to nip pick i did find some of the amp setting to feel a tad bit lower quality and very harsh on the ears but there's only a few. Overall i think it's fantastic. Hope you found my review helpful.

Outstanding product
I've been using the Mustang with my bass and now, I’m planning to use it with my future guitar to record some songs and post them on YouTube. The build quality and portability of this amp are truly outstanding. Imagine being able to take your electric guitar on trips, this technology makes that possible, which is something I never thought I’d experience. The Mustang offers a variety of modes and amp types, allowing you to switch effortlessly from blues to hard rock while still maintaining top-notch sound quality. But that’s not all! The Bluetooth connectivity is a game-changer. You can jam along with your favorite songs, playing right on top of the music in your headphones. It’s an amazing experience that takes your practice and performance to a whole new level. I’m absolutely in love with this Mustang amp, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile, portable, and high-quality amp.

Handy, so so handy!
Great pocket/practice amp just connect to guitar, plug in earphones, and away you go. USB charging. Up to 4 hrs use. Great selection of practice amps with simple adjustments of effects. Yes... there are limitations but considering the size and ease of use , this is a great bit of kit. Very handy. On a personal note- I am not the greatest player in the world and I am usually very reluctant to crank my amp... this pocket amp let's me crank my guitar with headphones attached so I dnt need to fear people hearing my poor playing! Also- no need for a big amp at my feet just plug this and headphones into my guitar. Can play anywhere- except the bath/shower! I love it.

Wish I had this 20 years ago
I thought about buying this for a while before I took the plunge. As a casual guitarist I had wondered if it was worth it (not amazing and don't play in a band). I took the plunge and do not regret it. Simple as plugging in and playing with headphones (best wired) straight into your ears. Sound quality is brilliant, and the effects and amp styles are so much fun to play around with. It actually makes me sound half decent! It has Bluetooth capability so that you can play along to songs, and with a longer USB cable, can act as an interface to play through your computer. The United recharges for power (cable provided) and is small enough to carry in your Picket if you wished. The only problem with this is staying up late at night playing, nobody can hear me, but I am tires the next morning.

Bonne surprise

Awesome little practice tool!
This is the perfect practice tool for people like me who can mostly practice with headphones. The effects sound pretty good, good enough for practice anyway. It also works for bass guitars. The Bluetooth integration is seamless and can stream YouTube or Spotify to play along with. One thing I wish it could do is control the effects with the Fender Tone app. The app exists to control tones and effects with the GT and GTX series of amps, so would have been cool to control it for the Micro as well. Changing effects with the buttons on the unit is a bit cumbersome, but a small cheat sheet is provided to tell you what’s what. Would have been sweet if the app had favourites or presets so you can switch between them with a tap instead of a certain combination of button presses. Still, for what this is, it’s a great little thing and worth the money for us late night practicers. I attached a photo of how it looks on a Strat, in case anyone was curious how it would fit.

Compatco e muito versátil!
Sensacional! Desde a construção, quanto a versatilidade desse amp, tudo me impressionou. Super recomendo!
