can it be printed on with a ink jet?

It cannot - these can only be printed on by a professional ID card printer

how do i program the tag?? which app do i use

You can program the tag using a app called shortcuts preinstalled on your apple device.

Anyone have a recommendation for something to hold these? Like a wallet, case, or box for the 50mm x 30mm size?

I stick these behind my Drivers License, or any wallet pocket. Fits perfectly, though my wallet likes to be a bit sticky with plastic and metal cards.
