Could this be integrated with home assistant?

Yes. Setup any accessories to the hub first then connect to HA using the HomeKit integration. After adding all accessories to the hub reset the hub network by pressing button on front and it will get picked up in home assistant HomeKit

If you have led lights will they buzz with the aqara switch

I have not experienced this issue no.

Does it work with my Samsung Android platform?

All Aqara devices are compatible with Android as well as iOS.

Does this connect nest thermostat to HomeKit?

No this will not connect a Nest Thermostat to HomeKit. The M2 hub will connect with HomeKit, but only to help control Aqara products as far as I know. I think you may have to look into Homebridge or Hoobs for HomeKit third party connectivity.
