Several months ago I ordered the Praxis II Speech-Language Pathology Practice Questions. It has been awhile since I have been in school and I am finding the material very helpful as I prepare for the Praxis. The questions and answers in the material are helping me know what I should be focusing on as I study and prepare for the Praxis.

I believe this product has prepared me for the types of questions I will see on the exam. I wish there could have been more variety of the questions in this book that I could practice. I love that there's feedback for every response!

Some of the questions are contradictory to information we learned in class and much of the content I have never even heard of in class. I bought the study guide and practice question books from ETS and was relieved. The questions made sense and covered familiar topics. ETS is the company which administers the Praxis, so just go with the legit study materials.

So far, it is allowing me to focus on areas of weakness and to see my strengths. I can see quickly where I'm lacking in my knowledge and review those areas. I really like the fact that it also gives not just the answers but the reasons why those answers are correct.

If you can get it on Kindle and use the app on your computer it's somewhat like taking the real test (and a lot cheaper!), although the questions include fewer case studies than a real exam. There were some answers that contradicted what I had learned in class. If any of the explanations seem fishy, do your own research before you commit yourself to what this test tells you. I really think there are a few errors in here. But overall, it's a good opportunity to review information for the praxis.

These questions were nothing like the actual Praxis. There are no case study based questions at all. The use of the terms is inaccurate. Do not use this material. It was clearly not designed by an SLP. Additionally, the practice tests were shorter than the actual Praxis. The explanations for the answers sound like they were copied and pasted from Wikipedia.

I really liked this product because of the explanations. I have had some experiences with products that didn't give proper explanations, not telling me why I was right or wrong. I believe this product is helping me greatly
