Easy to use, NOT DEPENDABLE FOR BUSINESSES.
Zebra are great at creating Printers, not Online Services. They've had an outage within the app, and their support team took me on a runaround troubleshooting until they said "oh, it's a known issue that DATE AND TIME FIELDS are not working". Are you serious? We use this to capture the live date/time stamps in real time. The mobile app just stopped working. Wasted 3 hours troubleshooting this, rebuilding Excel files and data sources all for nothing. Their response was "Our engineering team is working on this, it will take 1-2 weeks". That's one to two weeks of shutting down our kitchens. Thanks. Go with a Bother alternative. It will take longer to set up, but it's not worth the complete BS that is zero reliability. ALSO: Their software stinks. No way to manage multiple logins, administrations for multi-site deployments, binding to an online database does NOT work what so ever. And... label availability is a complete joke. Responsibly sourced natural diamonds are more easily sourced than your labels, which have to be bought piece by piece costing us over 10 cents per label. All in all, it's a cute concept, cute packaging, but a service that has zero real support behind it. Avoid like the plague.

Pretty Cool for a Printer
I bought the 2 inch version of this printer last week. Haven't used it a ton yet, but gotta say it's pretty cool. Setup was really simple - no USB cable. It's more like setting up a Nest camera or an Alexa than a typical printer. You get an app for your phone to set it up and print and also a login to your own web portal where you can design your own labels and print from the web. They say the label cartridges are compostable so you can just throw them in the recycle bin when empty. I haven't seen that before - it's a nice touch. I like the way the printer looks on my desk and the printed labels look good. So far I'm impressed.

This is a great Label printer...when its working!!
So let me start off by saying I really do like this label printer and have gotten a ton of use out of it. I really like how easy it is to use and how you can print wirelessly from a computer or phone. The only problem is sometimes it will go offline and it is a pain trying to get it reconnected to continue printing. Overall its a great printer for the price and I have had it long enough I have it figured out on what I need to do when it stops printing.

DO NOT BUY
I have had this printer 1 year now. I only use it 2-3x a year and there always seems to be an issue. Most of the time it is a faulty cartridge. If the cartridge does work and you do not use all the labels right away and come back to using it a few months later, it will say the cartridge is out of labels when there are still enough labels to be used. I have contacted Zebra numerous times. Sometimes they can help, but honestly, when I need labels, I need them now and getting a replacement does not help me in any way. Plus, there are a limited number of labels you can buy with this and they are expensive!

Easy to use printer with no ink
Purchased the printer (that came with a full address label cartridge), along with a return address label cartridge to do all my billing statements and mailings. After selecting a premade design for a label, I was able to connect the format with my data file so I didnt have to do any copy and pasting. But then still got to pick the font and sizing. So quick and easy to get connected and get my mailings out. I like that the software tells me how many prints I have remaining and that the app on my phone was sync'd with the web portal so my labels were showing up there too. And certainly nice to have the printer be wireless as I moved it around a coulple times already.

DONT BUY THIS PRINTER - FRAUD
Oh man. I’m just a small business wanting to put some sku tags on some products. This printer is the worse. It says easy to use, which I assumed would take a computer. Ok great. But it’s cloud based, so you need a phone to add a Bluetooth connection. But the “workspace” they make you use is rubbish and you cannot design the labels on the phone. So back to the computer. Designed labels on the computer, printed ONCE, and the printer decided it doesn’t want to do Bluetooth anymore. Like no signal. Uninstalling divers, factory reset, on/off changes nothing. I had followed all of those steps from the troubleshooting on their website. Contacted zebra help, told them I had followed all of the troubleshooting and guess what?! They sent me links to the exact same troubleshooting pages. A couple times because they didn’t believe it wasn’t still working. So I sent them photo evidence of each step being followed. This prompted a reply of ‘you should try a different email’. Well a difference email creates a new ‘workspace’ sans all the labels I had already created, and did nothing to change the Bluetooth status. I reached out about 45 days in and now they have told me that the return window had closed. So apparently that ‘2 year warranty’ thing they say on their website is just false. I just want to print some little labels with little numbers on them for these products. For 2 weeks of back and forth emailing to have a faulty product is not worth it. DONT BUY IT *UPDATE* Printer could not make it through a single roll of labels. Now ZEBRA is not selling these anymore and it was just a racket to screw over customers

Works perfect
I tried using basic Avery pages to print barcodes for my boutique. Lining up margins got so frustrating that I decided to splurge and purchase this printer. SO glad I did as it has saved me some serious time and headaches. I wish I had just bought this right off the bat. Install took me a minute, but once I got it going, it’s been great. Every once in a while, a barcode prints out splotchy but it’s rare and considering how many barcodes I’ve printed, I still 100% recommend.
