Accurate irradiance
In addition to what others have said, I wanted to chime in. I have a solar power meter, and I confirmed the irradiance of this device is equal to what the manufacturer claims it is. Very good, high quality panel without any stupid gimmicks, gives you high intensity light at the 2 most clinically-studied wavelengths. I use it every day. It's a bit hard to tell if it actually helps with anything, but I have great skin! I have tried blasting sore muscles with it to see if it reduces DOMS, but I don't really think it does. Panels have not really been proven for that purpose. If you are using red/infrared therapy for athletics, best to get a device you apply directly to the skin.

I'm missing something the infrared option doesn't work
I'm completely missing something and it's impossible to get into contact with someone from the company the infrared option doesn't work. All they want to offer me is a discount on the replacement part will return if no responses.

On off button broke after a few uses
Product worked good but was very weakly made. The red light button broke just after using it about 7 times. Lots of money spent on a cheaply made product. Amazon I want my money back!

I need more irradiance and coverage for other distances.
1. I live in Taipei, and I just bought this red light therapy device. It arrived yesterday, and its quality exceeded my expectations. If red light therapy proves effective, this device would be an excellent choice because of its sufficient intensity, which is very helpful for deep therapy. 2. The downside of this device is that it lacks a timer, but I added a timer switch myself, making this machine even more perfect. 3. Sometimes I want to perform surface skin irradiation without such strong radiation. Could you provide the irradiance and projection range for distances of 24 inches and 30 inches?
