I would say that the build quality is what you would expect from a £119 office chair. Good ergonomics and really easy to put together, I would say I got value for money.However, the box (packaging) that I had received the chair in had clearly been ravaged and when I put the chair together I noticed various scuff marks (see photos), which is not what you would expect from a brand new product. Hopefully, not every chair from this seller comes like this.

This chair is fantastically comfortable, and has only a couple of small drawbacks.Unfortunately, there is no height adjust of the back of the chair and there is no a height adjust on the headrest, so those with a tall upper body might find the headrest is too low. It also protrudes rather a lot, so can sometimes be a little irritating at times, but it is removable, so if you really don't like it, simply take it off.Regardless, the chair still proves to be the best chair I have ever purchased. Here are some of the highlights:When most chairs claim they have adjustable lumbar support, they actually have a barely noticeable lump that can be moved up and down. The adjustment on this chair actually changes how far out the soft-but-firm lumbar support sticks out. Fantastic! Actual lumbar support, and it is adjustable in the way that matters!The chair's mesh back isn't the only part of the chair designed to prevent over-heating - the 3D-mesh-like "sponge" works brilliantly. The headrest is also coated in the stuff, so that too allows plenty of air-circulation.The tilt adjustment can be left open, but the chair tilts a long way, so you might feel like you are going to fall over (it won't). This can also be locked in what might as well be any position.The arm rests are height adjustable, removable, and can even be moved out to accommodate larger people.

Unfortunately within six months the padding on one of the arms started breaking and is now almost completely off despite my attempts to strengthen it with tape.The chair leans back too far to be comfortable for long periods in my opinion and I often find myself perched on the seat without using the backrest at all.For £130 I'm disappointed.

This chair is comfortable, but I paid extra to have it built when delivered. It was left in the box in my porch...unbuilt. what really irritated me, I was in, the delivery man did not try very hard to get my attention. So I had to build it, which as it turned out was simple enough.
