Good Radios
Bought 4 of these for my crew so they didnโt have to keep using their cell phones. Work great and seem well built.

Poor customer support
Purchased the four radio package (11/30/21) three worked above expectations. The fourth unit arrived with a defective battery. After numerous attempts I finally got a response (10/31/23) from Retcv. Amozon customer support advised the unit had a 2 year warranty, apparently not true, Retcv Customer Service told me I was 2 months out of warranty? Regardless Retcv advised me I would have to pay for the battery and shipping.. itโs cheaper to replace the entire unit..

Excellent Radios with great quality in TX/RX
I love these radios. I can use these when skiing in the mountains with >1mi of reception. The are simple to use (without buttons on the face) so my kids can use them without accidentally changing the channel (which was a problem with the previous radios I purchased.)
