I swore I’d never put Velcro shoes on my kid. But...then you become a parent of a squirrelly 3 year old and you get tired of it taking 20 minutes to put on his shoes...and you buy Velcro shoes.These are the most attractive Velcro shoes out there, and Amazon by FAR had the best price!My son has flat arches and a high instep. Shoes with any kind of lifted arch hurt his feet, and any shoes that don’t have ties (or Velcro in this case) to loosen won’t fit on his impossibly “tall” foot. Converse All Stars have been our go to shoe since he started walking. The quality is fabulous, they happen to be SUPER fashionable right now, and they fit well for quite a long time.As you can see, they don’t come in half sizes so go up! They will be a bit big, but they tighten well and the rubber toe keeps dragged toes in check until kiddo grows into them. And it makes them last twice as long as half sized shoes!We’ll buy Converse All Stars forever...but as soon as he can tie we’re going back to laces. :)

This shoe runs very big. I got a 7 for my 2 yr old granddaughter and they are huge ! She's in a 6 in other shoes so I got a 7 thinking she would fit in them soon. I don't think she'll even be able to wear them this fall because they are just too big. They are super cute though.

Bought for my 3yo in September/October. Barely look used, yet, he wears them daily. He wears them to preschool, outside to play in, and has even used them for puddle jumping. The shoes are holding up perfectly. No rips, stains, or issues. Easy for him to put on himself due to the easy slip on and velcro. These shoes go with just about everything. Jeans, dress pants, sweats.I will continue to buy these as my son's feet grow. Highly recommend.

Love these and are so adorable ! My daughter is 14 months and wears a size 3 so I bought a 3 and they are pretty big. Il be setting them aside for her to wear in a few months since they are too big right now

Desperately needed a shoe style that could handle my four-year-old’s incredible ability to demolish the toes of shoes. Could not for the life of me find shoes where the toes were not worn through within three weeks of ownership. So far so good with these suckers. The rubber toe is so durable and I swear if he rubs through these there’s no hope for anything working!
