Well let’s start with use. I am a traveling Automotive FSE and I carry 60-80lbs of tools. Let’s just say I had other cases from well known big brands and Airline Baggage Handlers would always find a way to destroy them. I opted this time for Nanuk and a larger size to prevent tossing and shot-putting of the case from Plane to Tug/Cart. Now it is scratched and dinged but I travel every week 1600 Miles + and I expected that but the well thought out latches and TSA lock pass throughs help prevent unintended opening and lid damage. Pros: 1. Wheels and collapsing handle for ease of long airport travel walking. Extending handle is long enough to support staking duffle bag, backpack or carryon bag on top and pull behind 2. Latches and 3 stage clasping open/closed 3. Option to retrofit Nanuk TSA Latches for more security + locking lid to case eyelets 4. Self retracting side handles that tuck away automatically 5. Reinforced belly pan/shield 6. Auto pressure valve Cons: 1. Cool case colors cost more $$$

Bought this for my daughter to transport her electrolysis machine back and forth to the salon. Works great and even has extra room for some accessories.

Purchased this hard case to transport sensitive equipment by airplane. This case is very well made and kept my equipment safe during transit. It is rather bulky and somewhat heavy but as long as what you have fits and doesn't put it overweight, it works. Foam inserts were a nice addition. Only complaint is there are indentations molded in the case so the inside isn't perfectly flat. Also, somewhat expensive for what it is.
