STRAIGHT UP: This stuff tastes DREADFUL!!! First time I used it, I thought it was for external use only.....With that said, it works VERY well as a cough remedy!!

This tastes like horrid for 10 seconds but then ultra soothing throat thereafter. Helps get thru the day. So that's all that matters . My GO-TO flu syrup
