Great tasting and thick shake, easy to mix - and filling too, nothing not to like. Other reviews comment the tub is only half full, it is, but is the correct weight so makes the 10 portions it states on the tub, could the tub be a little smaller, yes but does it matter, no.

I have been having this powder for breakfast for a week now and it did fill me up.. I had been taking the 2 scoops with the recommended fluid but by 4th day I felt quite bloated so knocked it down by half for the 3 days but still felt bloated so I’ve stopped it for today. Once the bloated feeling has gone I will try it again. It is oat based and it is possible I am intolerant to oats who knows but saying that it’s a very pleasant taste. I will come back to the review once trying it again. The container is deceiving it’s huge but whe you open it it is less than half full.

Nutritionally I recommend this shake. The mix of protein, slow burning carbs, and bit of caffeine is ideal for breakfast. However the Blueberry and Lemon flavour tastes *awful*. Whilst I have never actually drunk Harpic toilet cleaner, this tastes like that smells.

Do to my new sedetry role at work, I'd put on quite a bit of weight, using this and the meal replacement by PHD, I've managed to lose 14kg in about 40 days. This includes a hefty gym routine!

I’m not the biggest fan of powders but this is the nicest I’ve had. Makes really great protein mug cakes too.

Very sour, bitter aftertaste. Tried it a few times - with oat milk and dairy - and always very sour and smells a little vomit-y which is hard to get past.

Perfect for my breakfast after my morning run. Keep me full for hours so less snacking

Tub is massive and less than half full, so not sure about value. As you can see my finger points to the level of the powder. Taste is okay can not complain. Taste of lemon sticks out more than blueberry

Geschmacklich ganz in Ordnung, Lösbarkeit mit kaltem Wasser ist gut, die Verpackung ist völlig überzogen, da nur zur Hälfte gefüllt, was die Entnahme erschwert, unnötig viel Müll schafft und viel Platz wegnimmt.

Ideal zum Müsli in der Früh dazu. Der Geschmack nicht künstlich oder intensiv

J'ai pris le citron myrtille que je déconseille fortement. Après seulement 3 prises, j'ai beaucoup de mal à le boire tellement le goût est chimique et la texture de type bouillie sont difficiles à supporter. Je déconseille.

This is a very large container and only a quarter full. What have I paid for? The plastic container or the powder, why do they need to put it into such a big container or have I got less powder than I should have, I weighed the powder without the container and had 400g. I HAVE PAID FOR 650g. Please explain.

The product is good but the value for money is severely lacking. The box is only filled upto near 75% and so you run out quickly.
