Does it come with pole

NO! Poles are relatively long-lasting. Flags fray quickly (in my experience, within 4-6 months) generally by snagging against the house.

What is the size of the grommetsin the flag?

Grommets are OD - 18mm. ID - 11mm seam to be standard size

I think China. It is a printed not embroidered but very happy with quality

Fades

It has completely shredded and it has faded. I neighbors whose flag has not faded, so I know it's not the Florida sun at issue. This product just didn't live up to the description. The last photo is my neighbor's flag. The first two are mine. Note how faded the colors are compared to the last photo. Not happy. You get what you pay for and this is a cheap flag in every sense of the word.
