Buzzn Bee Raw Wildflower Honey - Unfiltered and Unpasteurized - 3 Pound

While I wouldn’t call myself a honey “connoisseur”, I am quite the honey “enthusiast” so I love trying new honeys and I eat honey pretty frequently- on nuts as a dessert, in tea, in oatmeal. I liked this one quite a bit. Very good flavor, excellent value for the money. I loved that I could get 5 lbs at once & it came in a jug w a handle - this made it much easier to dispense than many honeys. As I’ve used up the honey, the jugs gotten a bit misshapen from squeezing it but still works fine and does not leak. I especially like trying local honeys and this is from FL where I live, so it was win-win-win.

I love honey and I have tried dozens of varieties. This one is pretty good. No crystallization. I keep mine in a dark pantry to help avoid crystallization. I also go through it pretty quickly. It goes well in tea, yogurt, as a sugar substitute in baking. It is sealed well so nothing spilled out.

I am sooooo happy with my purchase. I ordered less than 7 days ago and the order of two gallons of raw unfiltered honey arrived today. I think 5-7 days from the time I ordered. This honey is liquid Gold, high quality, raw unfiltered, pure medicine for my jounrey and I will never regret the money I save in the long run by buying in bulk. This gallon honey price is insane, can you imagine 10 gallons of honey? That's how much a single hive can produce in the spring bloom! The flavor is great for coffee and iced teas, I also like to toast some dinner rolls and slather the butter and honey, infinite uses for honey and amazing health benefits! The honey is delicious, but the top of the jug was crushed and honey had seeped out.

So I got this for use in home brewing some Mead. When it arrived, after getting the jug out of the box, i noticed the cap was broken from shipping. I mean it’s a heavy ass bottle of honey and shipping people probably treat it like a football. While nothing leaked, the cap was crushed. As i sat there looking at it i thought ‘you know, it’d be cool if they’d sent a second cap, because this has to happen all the time’ Then i started to break down the box, and much to my delight a cap fell out of the box, ready to replace the crushed cap that kept the honey inside during shipping. Great stuff. Looking forward to using it in my mead recipe shortly.

The honey is A little expensive. But it’s completely worth it. It is 100% REAL honey. In very delicious quality. Having bought the wildflower honey, when putting this in my coffee makes it taste like chocolate milk. I have never purchased honey and have it change whatever food beverage I’m eating to such a good flavor. I have been buying real honey from local venders in Florida, and this stuff is phenomenal . would love to know where the bees are let loose and what kind of wildflowers they go to because it is delicious and amazing.
