But no suggest charging Hair Dryer. (PS: The 3rd pin only works for those big electrical appliances (such as Refrigerator and TV..)

What is the difference between the bagel and the donut?

The main difference is on the 4 sockets of the main device. Bagel supports universal AC plug in multi types (UK,UA and US) ; Donut supports the AC plugs in US type only.
