The cake mix is flawless. If you follow instructions it goes absolutely well and in no time. There is hardy any prep time needed, only milk and oil/butter needs to be added. Kids loved it. I have already bought 2 more packets.One suggestion to the makers of this is I thought cocoa taste could be more fuller. I am not sure which cocoa you use, but Kerala cocoa has an amazing flavour.

Honest review of cakeopedia wheat vanilla cake mix:*The cake was very moist, the crumb texture was perfect*The cake was very soft and tender*The whole wheat gave a little nutty flavour to the cake which complemented the buttercream very well. If you're a person who loves the flavour of whole wheat and prefers whole wheat over maida (like preferring whole wheat bread over white bread), you'll love this cake.*The cake retained its moisture even after days. I baked the cake layers, cling wrapped them and kept them in the freezer about 3 days before assembling the cake and the cake layers didn't lose their amazing texture and moistness.

The cake turns out really fluppy and soft.The taste is also very good and since no added preservatives totally worth it.

Thanks @cakeopedia.in for sending me these whole wheat premixes.These premixes are easy to make, you just have to Cut, Mix and Bake.The moment you cut the packet and pour the contents into a bowl, you get a smell which indicates that wheat flour is present in these premixes. The cake is healthy and at the same time, the sponge turns out to be super soft and super easy for doing icing as well. The quantity is appropriate for 1 pound cake. This is a top notch quality product for health conscious people.I made this cake and my family finished it within 15 minutes. Not even a morsel was left. My 1.5 year old nephew kept asking for more cake.

No manufacturing date is given on the packet shown in their advertisement which we see on Amazon n purchase this is a very serious legal offense.

Ohk so I had ordered two flavours of this range which is chocolate flavoured and vanilla flavoured and would love to share my experience.1. Best in the market2. They are 100% whole wheat premixes3. Preservatives, stabilizers and artificial flavour free.4. No maida which is a yay point for me as m allergic to maida5. Preparation is quite easy and doesn't take much time6. And we can use any kind of fat ie oil ,butter or ghee.7 . Eggless.8. My final rating 10/10

simple out of the box, eggless, beginner friendly, highly popular chocolate and vanilla flavours and tastes just as great as scratch made and store brought!!! what more do we need?! perfect if youre just getting started with baking or want to avoid the long and precise mixing process.. or even just as a fun exercise to try out!!! the cake turned out beautifully fluffy, not too moist and not too dense, with a perfectly balanced natural flavour- i am a fan! highly recommend!!!
