My 3 🐈 🐈 🐈 love this fountain. I've had it for going on 2 years now. Still works great. I wash and change filter about every 10 days. Take all the parts apart to clean. The pump sides come apart for cleaning as well. Ther is a slit that shows you were the water level need to be. Keep the water to that level. I add daily.

Pretty much all of the filters and fountains are the same just with a different name slapped on them. Very happy with this cost effective purchase. The filters work and price is right.I do change the water and rinse the filter once a week, and replace the filter once a month. It gets yucky in there...Do the same and your pet will thank you!
