Works as intended, 10/10 would recommend. I find the citrus flavor fairly neutral. Just know this produces a slightly effervescent beverage, so if that's not for you, this is not for you.

I am a runner and sweat a lot, which apparently makes me feel awful afterwards from the sodium loss. I switched to the high sodium because depending on variables, athletes and maybe me, can sweat many times more than the amount in the pill. But eating that much salt straight is unpalatable. So despite these being rather expensive on a per tablet basis, it is something I can drink when don't feel like drinking anything else. Right after running it tastes great. When running long races I've crunched these down, which is not as good as dissolved in water, but good enough.

I love this stuff! I started using this in 2021 and now my wife uses it too. I am bad about not drinking enough water, then getting cramps during my workout. I haven't gotten a cramp since I started using Nuun when I first get up in the mornings. Great product!

To prevent dehydration, nothing beats the Nunn tablets. Tried sport drinks but I found Nunn is the best to help prevent dehydration. Not as tasty but far more effective.

I ref rugby, my son plays and refs, and we live in TX. The summer tournaments would be 8+ hours in 100+ F heat for two days. I always just mix together some salts/baking sode/citric acid to make my own, but even I'll admit it tastes like garbage. We tried a number of commercial products, and he'd come home not having had more than a few sips. But these, he'll drink ahead of time, after the games, during the games/practices. And no more complaints about headaches or cramping and more recovery time. I also enjoy the taste, but they are a little expensive for me when I can choke down the homemade stuff which is basically free. That said, these are more convenient, easy to hand out and share, and work as well.

I use this everyday in the summer. I’m not an athlete but the summers have been so hot, my health practitioner recommended it for me. I really feel the difference after a day in the heat. Buying in bulk makes the product much less expensive than buying individual vials at the store.

Have you ever tried the lemon-flavored alka-seltzers? These are like having to drink water with ten of those in it. They almost made me vomit. They also do not dissolve easily in cold water. I don't understand how they've gotten such good ratings, because I've had a ton of sports drinks and electrolytic water enhancers in my 30 years of hobby fitness and athletics, and this stuff is by far the worst I've ever tasted.
