Almost couldn’t tell the difference!
I did not expect much from ‘pasta’ from a can, and made a half pan of lasagna to test them out. The pieces are small, maybe 3 inches long, and one can was enough for my 9 inch long pan with 3 layers. I didn’t pat them dry, so they tasted ever-so-slightly moist in the finished product, but it was still very good and I was surprised at how much their texture resembled regular pasta. I was hoping for 80% as good as regular pasta, these were easily 95% as good, and for the calories you save I will definitely be buying these again!

Delicious and healthy
Delicious, healthy and amazing packaging! Very easy to cook with and it tasted just like a regular lasagna but without all the calories. Would recommend 100%

Really good!
Better than I expected. Great for keto friendly replacement. Good flavor. Cook it longer if you don't like al dente.

Quality Control Issues
I've tried competitors and their product is higher quality than this. This product is cut all different thicknesses with some pieces very fibrous and makes lasagna not as enjoyable. They also pack dented cans in their orders. I won't buy again.

REFRESHING, Light, Make a Mediterranean Salad with Olives and Cherry Tomatoes
EXCELLENT, Refreshing, base for great salad. Seller: Please also consider expansion in offering these delectable hearts of palm with spinach (similar to spinach pasta, but without carbs); (2) hearts of palm marinated (as in marinated artichokes). The design is excellent to be used as a base in place of lettuce. Thank you for an excellent product, and hope you will consider adding these suggestions to your product line.

I love heart of palm pasta, but Palmsticcio falls short.
Heart of Palm Lasagna has been a keto lifesaver for me. I can make a batch in a 9x13 baking pan and have almost a week's worth of dinners lined up. Normally I use a different brand, and the lasagna turns out amazing every time, but I decided I'd give Palmsticcio a try and see how they'd turn out.The short answer is: not well.I had a few leftover Palmini Lasagna noodles in the freezer that I thawed out, and opened a can of the Palmsticcio to supplement them. I immediately noticed a clear difference between the two: the Palmsticcio was mushy, discolored, and cut in uneven segments. By comparison, the Palmini noodles were firm from the can before, and thawed out in better condition than the fresh Palmini here - as well, they were all uniform in shape and thickness.I thought this might be an issue with the can itself (I ordered a box of six, and two of the cans arrived dented with no physical damage to the boxes they were in), so I opened a second can and ... the same thing. Mushy, fall-apart "noodles" that I was afraid wouldn't support my lasagna. Some of the "noodles" were passable, and between both cans I opened, I had enough to make my lasagna tonight, but this is the one and only time I'll be buying this brand, and I suggest others looking for Heart of Palm pasta alternatives avoid them as well. The quality and QA behind the brand just doesn't hold up. Literally. The half of my lasagna using Palmsticcio wound up lasagna soup on the plate, but the other brand was firm enough to hold up the layers while still being soft enough to cut through easily for bites.Skip the Palmsticcio and try their competitors instead.EDIT: After opening the remaining four cans, I had enough usable (ie, not mushy and already falling apart when you try to pick them up) "noodles" to make one other lasagna. For the same price I could have gotten a much better brand and more usable noodles. Steer clear.

Really good, healthy, inexpensive
Okay I'm a fan. On a keto diet for life, and these were the missing link. Great taste and texture. Cheaper than other brands of palm noodles. I'm stocking up so I can eat these three or four times a week. Yay!
