Been using this for 24 hours.The great - it's pretty comfy. There's a nylon side (when it's deeply frozen) that is really nice. When you first put it on it doesn't feel all that cold but then it really settles in.The not so great - there's no plastic "throughput" to stablize the velcro straps so putting it on can be really wonky. It's explained that all you have to do is just pre-set it and then flip the thing, and do a dance, etc etc... but when you only have ONE arm that works (thus the need for this unit) that exercise isn't really practical or easy.Still giving it 5 stars.- Works great, feels like a nice deep cold without being painful- Once you have it on you, it is comfortableBe aware:- Kinda heavy- Not the easiest to put on

Tendinitis is why I purchased this item. Works well, and in the 100 degree temps here in KS it has been having great side effects of cooling me too. :-) It is heavy and bulky, my arm got tires, hard to wrap myself, I have to wrap and re-wrap the straps to get it tight without help. Yet, it has been put into good use.

Gets very cold and stays that way for a long time. Very adjustable.

This is a GREAT ice pack for the elbow/arm. I purchased it for post-surgery on tennis elbow and radial tunnel syndrome. As long as I had a thin sleeve on, I didn't need to put a towel or anything between my arm and the ice pack. Once I got the hang of putting it on myself, it was smooth sailing from there, but a little trial and error first. I absolutely recommend this ice pack!

This works, but my husband (who I got it for) isn't comfortable in it. It's awkward for him to put on and take off. It's very restrictive and his arm hurt much worse after sleeping in it 1 night. And the fit is awkward on his arm as well, even though the sizing is correct.He's going with a pull on sleeve instead of this.

I didn't even have to freeze it (yet). It got cool enough from the Amazon truck so that - even after sitting in my heated house for over an hour - it was pleasantly cool when I put it on. I am wearing it now because it has relief and support, but I will try it again tomorrow after freezing it.Also, I really like how easy it is to put on, including the instructions printed on the box. You roll it into a tube a little larger than you need, put your arm in, and then tighten the 2 straps. I tried another that had 4 straps weirdly placed. I decided that I would need an additional 1 or 2 good arms to get that one one.The SUZZIPAD a bit bulky and restrictive, which is not a bad thing to me. It prevents me from accidentally overbending my arm to the painful level, and should allow me to let my arm heal. And it provides support without cutting off the circulation. And the bulk is because it has the cooling gel for your entire arm, not just a small portion.I'm considering buying a second one ... although I don't like the thought of planning for 2 bad elbows at the same time. :-)
