Not this specific light, no. As a loyal Surefire customer, I can honestly say that this is hands down your best option for a weapon light for the P365 platform. Also, lasers are pointless, don't waste your time.

Has the rail clip on the light been updated to eliminate the loose fit to the gun rail?

There are multiple inserts that fit the rail to the pic section on your particular pistol so yes if you use the proper insert it should be a snug fit.

It depends on which CZ you are talking about. Any CZ other than the p10s you should just go with the regular tlr7a. If you have a p10s then you could still use a tlr7a but a tlr7 sub with the 1913 version would work if you want a smaller light than the seven a
