The boxes are harder to open then I thought they would be. It’s better than some of the other ones that don’t stay closed though

No, my grandma can open it easily, and she likes it.

Can this be mounted to the wall?

There are no mounting spots on it but you could mount it to the wall HOWEVER the 1-30 day squares are just sitting in the bit square. If the pill case was sitting vertile and you opening it I would imagine the individual 30 day squared would probably just fall right out.
