Package missing the ink film roll
Ordered this complete package as we need to get our cards done immediately. Now having to wait for a replacement cartridge just to use it puts us in a difficult place, possibly needing to purchase an alternative product and return this.Will update after response from support and replacement has arrived.

Very easy to use with a windows computer
I first tried to hook up to my MAC book....After numerous times of having no luck I took to my office and installed on a windows based PC....It immediately loaded and worked beautifully in literally minutes. I research and I believe its that the software was not updated to work with my laptop which is updated to the latest software I could of probably called and received some ways to update the Bodno software but it isn't a problem for me to have it on the other computer so didn't fee the need....Very easy to customize cards and printing is a breeze. So far no mechanical issues. Will update after we run more

Works tech support ever from a manufacturer. Dont bother to buy unless you buy it direct they wont bother to help you!!!!. ;(
