love, Love, LOVE this pen so much I have 3 of them!
These are my favorite pens to use as a nurse! It is comfortable in the hand, dries pretty quickly with very little smudging. It is a bit heavier that most but I like heavy writing utensils. And it does have a lot inside of it with four colors and a mechanical pencil. Super stoked to be able to find refills on amazon as well.

Best pen/pencil
I am a pen fanatic and this pen tops the list. My husband hates when I buy SO much pens/pencils. I only do 0.5mm ink/pencil. This has both. I love it! This is the only one I use now. All my other pens and mechanical pencil is just sitting in my drawer, lol

Smooth writing and excellent quality
I love this pen and have two others just like it. The pencil portion can be a little finicky but the lines that the pens produce are all smooth, clear, and do not smear. Even though this pen is chunkier than standard pens, it is comfortable in my hand and is very durable. It has survived the battleground that is my purse without even a scratch! I'm very pleased with this purchase!

Almost the Perfect Pen
I love this pen. It is perfect in every way EXCEPT, I have been using it for 2 months and the blue ink is already empty. If the ink lasted longer, it would rate 5 stars. It's great having the pencil feature included in the pen. The ink quality is great and it writes very smoothly. It is comfortable to hold. It just runs out of ink too quickly.

Perfect for my job!
This is the fourth pen I’ve purchased! I love these pens for my job in the hospital. I need different colors for different notes. I will continue to buy!

Lefties
I've been left-handed all my life! It's absolutely terrible how VERY few lefties know how to hold a pencil or pen correctly and position the paper they are writing on! I blame teachers! I'm the ONLY lefty in my immediate family. I hold my pens/pencils in a very "normal" fashion, between my thumb and index finger, with the pen/pencil resting on my middle finger. Like most righties! I also, and most importantly, slant my paper so it is PARALLEL with my LEFT arm. 99 percent of lefties write with their paper PARALLEL with their RIGHT arm, as right handed writers do. This causes lefties to hold their pen/pencils in strange ways to prevent their left hand from dragging through what they've already written! This strange and uncomfortable way of holding pens and pencils also causes lefties to have terrible handwriting! As a child, teachers gave me MANY penmanship pins. They all said they'd never seen a lefty with neat, clear handwriting! Most people don't recognize I'm lefthanded immediately when they sit in front of me and I'm writing, because I DON'T hold my left hand in a strange position as I'm writing. My writing position seems quite normal. My left hand NEVER drags through what I've written for the same EXACT reason why righty's hands don't drag through what they write! Because righties position their paper PARALLEL to their right arm! As they write, the words are ABOVE their writing hand! It's just that simple! Most lefties write with a "hook." They have their wrist twisted in the shape of a hook as they hold their pen or pencil! The lefties do this to prevent their hand from dragging through their writing and smearing the ink or pencil lead with the heel of their hand! If you watch them, you'll ALWAYS notice the paper they are writing on is PARALLEL with their RIGHT arm! If a lefty positions their paper PARALLEL with their LEFT arm, the need to have a "hook" is TOTALLY eliminated! It's an absolute disgrace elementary school teachers don't know this and teach their lefty students correctly! MY second grade teacher, Miss Longo, knew this! As I've stated earlier, I have no "hook," have a VERY neat handwriting, hold my pens and pencils in a "normal" fashion and my left hand doesn't drag through what I've written!

Pilot Dr. Grip 4+1 pen/pencil. A must have for students..
Great multi colored pen with the addition of having a pencil included. Now you can just carry one pen to cover all your needs. Uses 0.5mm lead, which you have to purchase separately. Only thing that I would suggest would be to have some type of eraser on the pen as well. Other than that, it's perfect.

Pilot makes the best pens. Most comfortable to hold. I use this for hours without getting cramps or pain. Fast and easy to change colours. Great for writing notes. Pen feels high quality.

安物のペンとは違いペン先がしならず力が逃げないため 非常に書きやすいです。仕事用に1本は必ず持ち歩いています。

.5mm Mechanical pencil ✔️ 4 Color, high quality ink ✔️ Comfortable grip ✔️ Premium feel heft ✔️ I use it for everything, from everyday note taking to signing/ writing on specialty paper. Will never not get another pen going forward.

I bought one of these in 2020 and like most multicoloured pens it simply didn’t last very long before the changing mechanism breaks and the pen becomes unusable. At the time I literally paid $9.62 so the short life span was kinda no big deal In 2025 I see the price of this pen (I assume it’s exactly the same pen) has gone up significantly representing poor value for money for a pen that didn’t last long for me Verdict? ❌ not recommended in 2025
