Don’t waste your money
This is nothing even close to a different good toothpaste. Doesn’t clean teeth and you’ll feel like brushing again after 5-6 hrs.

Este tipo de pasta de dientes la recomiendo si sangran tus encias , la encia Sana no sangra al cepillar ni usar hilo dental . Si la encia sangra cuando te cepillas o usas hilo dental está enferma eso se llama gingivitis
