Best pillow I've tried since starting CPAP
In the almost ten years since I was diagnosed with Central Sleep Apnea, I've tried just about every kind of pillow supposedly designed for people using a CPAP. Until I tried this one I kept going back to my two down-filled pillows. This particular memory foam CPAP pillow is comfortable, is the right height for a side sleeper like me, and has cutouts on the sides that give me a good night's sleep with dislodging my mask. The side straps of my mask no longer ride up the back and side of my head, so my mask maintains a good seal all night. Excellent product. I highly recommend it.

if you don't like firm pillows, steer very clear of this one.
Not for everyone - you're going to need to like a very firm pillow to like this. It might be great for some, but it is very uncomfortable for me.

Disappointed in it
Disappointed in it. It does not fit around the mask as shown in the picture. Came in a damaged box. No information as to ordering additional pillow cases. No warranty info either. If you do not have a longer neck the fit will not be good and the mask will not fit into the opening on the side of the pillow as claimed. . A lot of money to pay for something that did not live up to its hype.

Sleepless In Indiana
Not a good fit for me! Used it one night and woke up with a stiff neck; however, figuring it was merely a matter of getting used to it I continued using it for several more nights with the end results being the same - stiff neck in morning! It definitely is firm and I can only describe it as like laying on your sofa with your head resting on the armrest. Very pricey so it now leans against the wall in a corner of my bedroom.

Great Pillow For CPAP Users!
This pillow is extremely comfortable! It has (2) firmness levels; turn pillow over to change the firmness. It breathes well which helps prevent sweating, and it comes with a custom fitted pillowcase.

Purchased for a finicky sleeper
This purchase wasn't for me, but for my husband. He's picky, so I think if I used it I could give it a better rating.

I'm a new Bipap user & hoped this pillow would ...
I'm a new Bipap user & hoped this pillow would help me to use it as required even though I'm a side sleeper. Even after removing the center unit to make it softer it's not what I was expecting.
