Why can’t i have this shipped to an amazon locker? it says it’s too big?! what the heck?!

They ship it in a long big box, they could not put it in locker where I live ether, they had to bring it to my house

2 1/2 inches for the big side of the brush. 3/4 of an inch for the smaller brush

Do the blue bristles get stuck flattened quickly?

How long is the brush?
