Awesome service!
I've never tried Net10 service before, but since there was an option to bundle a BYOD sim kit with my new phone, I decided to try it! So far, I have 0 complaints with their service, their website, their phone setup, etc. Other no contract sites have always been a huge huge pain in the butt for me and I wasn't looking forward to going through that again, but Net10 has been great so far! This kit also came with 6 sim cards so you can choose the one you need, which I may have known if I'd read the product description, but I didn't. That is super neat and they even encourage you to give your unused sim cards and codes to your friends!

3 Sims for the price of ONE! The setup is amazing with NetWirelss
3 CARDS for the price of ONE! I was able to setup 3 different phones laying around each with a different service quick and easy. *SELLER* Goes above and beyond to help with any difficulties dealing with unforeseen customer service issues. Mine was unique. Unfortunately 2G Service is only outside the United States. My father has Alzheimer's so it's been a month and a half event trying to ACTIVATE his beloved Motorola's "Razor".However from every attempt with every carrier no dice.I feel bringing the 2G service back would be beneficial. Eventually senior citizens get their licenses to drive taken away. Its heartbreaking when you take away their phone privileges. Our phones define us now.Fortunately this seller was able to help me find a better solution with the service just paid for. All I had to do was buy the JITTERBUG Phone.Poppa Deaux is Happy as a clam again :)Very HAPPY!

I am soooooo happy that I did
I was very worried at first about trying this sim kit. I had never heard of net 10 but I gave it a try. I am soooooo happy that I did. The hardest part of the set up for me was switching my number over. The entire set up took about 45 mintues. The net 10 worker was very helpful. I have tried it out for a few days and I am very happy so far with the service. I have at least four bars everywhere I go. The prices are about the same as most prepaid compaines so I pay $45 for unlimited talk and text and 5 gb of data. All in all great cell phone company.

Net10 Wireless should pay you to buy this SIM kit!
The SIM card kit itself is very complete, with Std/Micro and Nano dimension cards for ATT, T-Mobile, and Verizon, plus a CDMA mystery card with a scratch-off code that was never used in this whole activation process, AFAIK - total of 7 cards enclosed. That's the good part of the story.Net10 Wireless customer service is abysmal. Worst I've ever had to endure, bar none. Tier 1 CS are apparently in Mexico and Tier 2 CS are in Philippines. No native English speakers anywhere. The communication difficulty is not what makes their CS so bad. What makes them terrible is their general lack of training and competency to handle routine cell phone activation issues in a reasonable time. I quit counting after 3 hours and perhaps a dozen calls, but it did take me over 180 minutes on the phone to activate my new Moto G4+ phone on Verizon, and to get the promised Second Month Free on a $40 Unlimited plan. The Philippine CS rep who actually activated my phone kept me on the line for 137 minutes! I am certain the 2nd Month Free would never occur automatically as Net10 indicated, you have to badger them to get it.None of this CS disaster would be necessary if Net10's website activation process actually worked, which it doesn't if you are a) BYOP customer or b) trying to get a special promotion. I suspect the website may work if you bought a phone from Net10, otherwise you are looking at hours on the phone with Net10.For a bit of perspective, I activated the same phone by myself with SIM cards on two other cellular provider websites prior to this Net10 experience - both were done completely through these company's websites, which functioned flawlessly and took less than 3 minutes time each to activate and purchase a plan. No CS calls required. After all that work to get Net10 Verizon service going, I discovered the Verizon signal is very weak at my home (-119 to -114dB), unlike the Sprint and ATT signals which are up to -80dB. Pay no attention to those "coverage maps" or whatever info you get from CS reps, they are not particularly useful in determining if you will have adequate signal strength once you've paid for the service. This whole Net10 experience was basically an exercise in futility.

Net10 is great, sim card works perfect, excellent overall
It works exactly as you would expect. I have been using Net10 for 5+ years now and am extremely pleased with them. Great price, easy to set up, and when I have had to talk to someone on the phone for customer service (or via chat) I am able to get things resolved quickly. Sim card works great. Shouldn't need to buy another one for a long time, but if I do, I know it will be fantastic.

got the free month, but had to work for it...
bought this at the same time I bought an amazon prime moto g4 phone. why? free month of service, that's why. my first smartphone and first time doing "BYOP". followed ALL the directions for setup as well as the free month offer. found it easy and my phone worked for calls, sms and data on the first try. the free month? well, they SAY it is supposed to appear after 1-2 weeks. just tonight, after about 18 days with the phone, I initiated a chat with customer service since I did not see any type of credit to my account. it took about 30 minutes, but they coughed up the free month. I sent the agent a link to the product information page during the chat and also mentioned some of the negative reviews that claimed they would not honor the deal. I think those factors may have helped. the agent I chatted with had the authority to issue the free month, so we didn't need to escalate the claim or wait too long. factor in the free month, this is the best sim kit deal going. they work with all carriers, gsm and cdma, so this kit is great for an unlocked amazon prime phone.
