KHANNA PUBLISHERS Higher Engineering Mathmetics 44th Edition 2017

I love this book, this book makes me confident for any math course.

The book is generally in a acceptable condition and most of the pages are readable. However, the font in some of the pages is a bit diluted or blurry. The quality of the paper itself is not the best; I think paper is too thin. The cover as well as some of the paper sheets are crooked at the edges. I feel that the book could easily get loose and split apart; the overall wrapping of the book is too weak for its big size.

Book is great for engineering students, as the approach is more towards solving problems , rather than doing rigorous proofs ..... Jain Iyenger is better in that regard ..... 45th edition is an upgrade of 44edition , as this book has 3 more chapters and 200 more pages compared to 44th edition...in almost every chapter new questions and concepts are added...

The HIGHER ENGINEERING MATHEMATICS book from Grewal is a reference and should be considered for anyone interested in advanced engineering calculations. The book is concise , covers all topics (Algebra,Geometry,ODE, Complex Analysis, Calculus of Variations, ... ) and contains lot of exercises that are worth doing for grasping the concepts and the rules to follow.
