Q: What are the measurements of each side? (hypotenuse, opposite, adjacent, and the two small corner sides?)

Hi, Both right-angle tables are 28.3 inches long and the table height is 30 inches. If you want to know more detailed dimensions, please check the size chart in the main picture.

Q: Did anyone else have trouble installing the keyboard tray? The instructions aren’t clear and the pieces that I have for the tray look different.

I agree about the instructions, they left a lot to be desired. However, I was able to figure it out and setup the desk with no issues. Four months later and still solid.

Q: Are there any holes to route the keyboard cable from underneath?

It's a slide out tray for the keyboard. The entire back of the tray is open.

Q: Could this be used for a tv ?

Depends on size of TV . If it’s less than a 27” tv I think you can , but definitely not larger.
