Sony SRS-XP700, Powerful Bluetooth party speaker with omnidirectional party sound, lighting and 25hrs battery, Black

Compared to other speakers (the Sony XP800 and 900, and the JBL Boombox), for its relatively low price point, this speaker is awesome and will do the job with no disappointment. The bass delivery punches you in the stomach; it's more than loud and the light show is good in a darkened environment. Battery life is around25 hours (at low/moderate volume), but at full volume it's around fiver hours, but the speaker can be powered direct from the mains. It has on board controls, but can also be operated via the Sony app. My only gripe is it's weight. It really is HEAVY. 38lbs, and even the box is labelled up, "two man lift....". So, if you're looking at a getting a thumping speaker that will comfortably rock any room, this will make you smile, and say, "Wow !!!" If you need to rock a large outside area then you'll need to spend twice the price on something larger and with more power. Love it though !

On the whole I have to say this is a fantastic party speaker and it will fill any room with an acceptable sound, the built-in lights are great but only really effective when it’s dark obviously, the automatic light pattern does not seem to be in time with the music although with the optional app you have much more control of the speaker, lights and other DJ style functions. Although the sound quality is good, I do feel it is slightly lacking for the price, I don’t know if this is down to the quality of the Bluetooth audio sent from my iPhone, perhaps high-quality audio files on a USB stick maybe better, I don’t want to put you off I’m sure the sound quality is more than acceptable for most people, but as an Audiophile I’ve spent less on B & W speakers and had far better sound quality and despite its massive size, yes it’s loud enough to fill the room but again I think it could be slightly louder. On the whole I can only recommend it as a fantastic party speaker despite some slightly negative aspects.

Iv had a few different brand large bluetooth speakers costing more than this sony but have to say very impressed the sound quality the bass is amazing. The only down sides is it is heavy and the flashing lights effects are not as good as others iv had but I brought it as a speaker and so far the best bluetooth speaker with a built-in battery iv had . Would highly recommend great sound for a good price .

I absolutely love the sound and I've always been a sony fan when it comes to sound and this one does not disappoint. Crystal clear sound with the x balanced speaker unit and 3 tweeters!!. Plus you can take this out to a park or a beach cause it's portable 25 hour battery means you can literally party anywhere. Oh and those lights are a real party piece as they react to sound oh and plus its water resistant for when your parties get wild 😉. Oh and lastly its crazy loud 🤯

We used this speaker at home to have a little party it was the best sound and bass we have heard.. we recommend this to anyone… We have just used this speaker in an event for 10hrs.. it was on full power turned up to the max and it held up and the sound quality was amazing..

Bluetooth-Lautsprecher gibt es mittlerweile unüberschaubar viele. Die SONY SRS XP700 ist nun mein 5. Gerät. Allerdings sind meine Geräte sehr unterschiedlich und jedes wurde als (für mich) „optimales“ Gerät für die Einsatzzwecke ausgewählt. Habe dabei stets viel recherchiert (dazu gibt’s tolle Produktvideos mit binauralen Aufnahmen) und ich habe verschiedene Geräte auch vorher mir angehört/getestet. Was ich noch nicht hatte (äähh ...brauchte:o) war nun ein Gerät, das - einen satten Partysound abgibt, der auch mal eine Turnhalle beschallen kann - noch vernünftig mobil einzustufen ist (mit einer Hand tragbar oder zu rollen) - im Optimalfall dezente Partybeleuchtung mitbringt - im Wohnzimmer auch noch schick aussieht - im Wohnzimmer auch in unmittelbarer Nähe als gedämpfte Musikquelle eine vernünftiges Klangerlebnis mitbringt Besonders, da ich nicht ständig auf Partys unterwegs bin, aber hin und wieder das Bedürfnis verspüre, etwas zu solchen beitragen zu können, ist für mich auch die Nutzung außerhalb von Partys ein wichtiger Aspekt gewesen. Ich will auch unter der Woche, beim Musik-Stöbern, was von dem Soundsystem haben und ich kann mich damit auch mal in die Küche oder in den Garten zurückziehen. Die ursprünglich anvisierten Kandidaten haben sich dann schnell auf die SONY reduziert, da diese alle Anforderungen für meine Einsatzzwecke mitbrachte. Die JBL 310 macht zwar etwas mehr Dampf im Bassbereich auf Partys, ist auch noch mobil (obwohl die Rollen nicht gerade ideal sind wg. kippeln) und hat eine Partybeleuchtung dabei. Im Wohnzimmer sieht der JBL mit Rollkoffergriff und Rollen leider eher etwas „mittel“ aus und die Beleuchtung ist mir zu aufdringlich. Aus nächster Nähe war der Sound zudem leider nicht besonders gut und hier schließe ich mich den Vorrednern an. Der Rockster Air ist auch ne Volldampf-Einheit mit sogar etwas besserem Sound (nicht Bass) als der JBL, wenn gut positioniert, hat aber keine schicke Beleuchtung und PA-Design … und das lässt meine Frau im Wohnzimmer nicht zu. Habe es schon mit unserem großen Rockster versucht, aber die 32 kg-Tonne auf 4 Rollen mit unfassbar viel Druck kam auch nicht an :o). Diese wurde zudem nicht für den „gedämpften“ Wohnzimmer-Modus geschaffen und da ist meine JBL Xtreme2 deutlich besser. Was mich nun absolut glücklich macht (auch nach intensivem Ausprobieren), ist der Kauf der XP700 von SONY. Einfach ein super designtes, schickes (auch Beleuchtung macht echt was her), toll klingendes und noch portables Soundsystem, das bei Bedarf auch richtig Druck machen kann. Für oben genannte Einsatzzwecke für mich das beste Gerät in dieser Klasse … und wichtig: Mir war es relativ egal ob das Teil jetzt 400 oder 500 EUR kostet, wenn es meine Einsatzzwecke bestmöglich erfüllt. Klare Kaufempfehlung wenn Ihr meine Vorstellungen teilt :o)

Le baffle est vraiment grand (à bien prendre en compte). Il offre un rendu sonore profond plus axé sur les basses mais moins fort sur les autres fréquences. Il saura répondre aux exigences de la majorité des personnes qui veulent animer les soirées en extérieur ou aussi leur intérieur. La fonction Party Connect est aussi très pratique. Je recommande le produit !

Hola, el altavoz es una pasada calidad precio lo mejor que he comprado. Sony siempre para mi es lo mejor puedes conectar una guitarra, micrófono, cargar el teléfono, batería dura 20 horas e iluminación led discreta pero genial.

Achetée pour animer un mariage, 40 m2 environ. Le son est clair, puissant. J'ai acheté une SRS-XP700 et une SRS-XP500 pour avoir deux sources de son. La 700 est clairement plus puissante si on les met côte à côte. La mise en réseau est simplissime, 1 bouton sur lequel appuyer sur chaque enceinte. Je connecte le bluetooth de la 700 avec le pc portable et c'est terminé... Bien vu Sony. Ce n'est pas la/les moins chères de leur catégories, mais j'ai privilégié la robustesse de la marque car a mon avis sur le long terme les baffles de qualité médiocre doivent perdre de leur efficacité ; j'espère bien qu'avec ces Sony le son restera impeccable. Après avoir lu maint forums, pas toujours tout compris d'ailleurs... J'ai bien vu que les watts RMS ou la taille des woffers/subwoffers ne faisait pas tout même si cela avait quand même son importance. Je comprends au moins en partie la politique de Sony à ce sujet. Très satisfaite de mon achat pour le moment (1 mois)
