Yep this is the best so far that I used due to its 150mg curcuminoids extract and I've tried several!
This looks old fashion when we all used to take tonics love the bottle but what I like most, Is that it has 150.mg Curcuminoids instead of the 100mg in most brands they added less tumeric and more of the active antiimflamatory I believe this is the one for me! If your looking for a product the most helpful ones have 150mg extract I got relief for sure right away within a couple doses dosage is one capsule but I need extra so I take two but by far the best i've tried and i've tried many.
