The "Secret Weapon" for BBQ Season: How to Craft Gourmet Stuffed Burgers Like a Professional Chef!
The MiiKO 3-in-1 Stuffed Burger Press is the definitive solution for the backyard griller. It transforms a standard Tuesday night dinner into a gourmet experience. Whether you want a jalapeรฑo-cheddar stuffed masterpiece or a set of uniform sliders for a party, this tool provides the consistency and "wow factor" that hand-forming simply cannot match. The Engineering: A Versatile Triple-ThreatThe brilliance of the MiiKO design is its modularity. You aren't just buying one tool; youโre getting three specific functions:The Large Stuffed Press: This creates a deep "well" in your meat. You fill it with cheese, bacon, or mushrooms, and then "cap" it with more meat. The result is a perfectly sealed 1/2lb to 3/4lb burger that won't leak on the grill. The Standard Patty Press: For when you just want a classic, uniform burger that cooks evenly every time. The Slider Press: The unsung hero for kids' parties or appetizers. It creates those small, thick sliders that stay juicy rather than drying out.The "User Experience" AdvantageWhat sets MiiKO apart from the generic competitors is the removable bottom plate. In my 10 years of testing, "sticking" is the #1 complaint with burger presses. With this unit, you press the patty, then push up from the bottom, and the burger pops out perfectly intact. No more mangled meat or frustrated scraping.PROSTotal Portion Consistency: Every burger is the same size and thickness. This is the secret to perfect grilling; no more having one burger raw in the middle while another is burnt to a crisp.BPA-Free & Non-Stick: The heavy-duty plastic is durable, food-safe, and incredibly easy to clean. Itโs even dishwasher safe (top rack recommended). The "Wax Paper" Bonus: Including 20 patty papers is a thoughtful touch. It allows you to stack your patties in the fridge without them sticking together, making prep-ahead a breeze.Creative Recipe E-Book: For those who aren't sure where to start, the included digital recipes (like the Mac & Cheese Stuffed Burger) provide excellent inspiration.Exceptional Value: For the price of a single fast-food meal, you get a tool that elevates your home cooking for years.CONSLearning Curve: It takes one or two tries to figure out exactly how much meat is needed for the "cap" of a stuffed burger so it doesn't overflow.Plastic Construction: While very sturdy, it isn't a heavy cast-iron tool. However, for a stuffed burger design, the lightweight plastic allows for a more intricate, modular design.Requires Ground Meat Prep: For the best results, you need to ensure your meat is cold. Room-temperature fat will stick more to any press.Overall InputThe MiiKO Stuffed Burger Press is a masterclass in functional utility. It takes the "mess" out of burger prep and replaces it with professional precision. It is the perfect gift for the "King of the Grill" or anyone looking to add some creativity to their meal prep. Itโs rugged, reliable, and simplifies the most tedious part of the BBQ.Reviewer Pro-Tip: To ensure 100% "no-stick" success, dip the press in cold water or spray it with a tiny bit of olive oil before each use. Also, don't over-stuff the center! Leave a small margin of meat around the edges to ensure the "cap" creates a vacuum seal that keeps the melting cheese inside the burger, not on your grates!Who is this for?Backyard BBQ enthusiasts, families who love sliders, and anyone who wants to impress guests with "restaurant-style" stuffed burgers.

Thank You Gift
I ordered 3 of these as thank you gifts to customers who purchased half a beef for their freezers from us. They are very sturdy and everything comes apart for easy cleaning. Our customers have been very pleased with how these work. The instructions were easy to follow and the patty papers included keep them from sticking and you donโt have as much direct contact with the meat. Very nice! Will buy more as thank you gifts to our customers.UPDATE: I made stuffed burgers with crumbled blue cheese in some and strips of cheddar cheese in others. They were delicious! This stuffed burger press was so easy to use. Be sure to put the round patty paper under the meat in the press and on top of the meat before you press down to make your burger. I still have square patty papers I purchased previously so Iโll use those up before I use the round ones included with the burger press.

Kind of a pain
It's ok, but really not the best design. I don't want to undo and redo the attachment of the press every step of the process. It makes it all take forever. (Strike 1 star)The packaging was sloppy... box not closed tightly and pieces not secured, shipping bag too large with nothing to keep the box in place. (Strike 2 star)It was supposed to include an ebook with recipes... no code or access anywhere in the shipped materials or anywhere else (Strike 3 star)It does work and it came with the patty papers, so not a total bust.Amended:: The link to the ebook was buried in my spam (1 star restored)The customer service for the company responded quickly to my disappointment with integrity and pride in their product/performance (1 star added for superior service)

A Really Great Invention!
I bought this for my 22-year-old son, who would not touch ground meat to make hamburgers. I had to do it. I bought this to try to trick him into making the hamburgers (he loves gadgets). He used it the next day after I bought fresh meat and commented about 3-4 times how much he liked those hamburgers he made. He made them thin, about 1/4" thick or so, and said they were really good and so much better than the ones I made. He was also trying to figure out what he could fill the burgers with--it also comes with a part that easily makes a space for filling. Well moms, it worked great. I don't have to make hamburgers anymore. Spray PAM in it first to easily release the meat. They send you papers to put between the patties so you can make all your patties at once, freeze them, then use only what you need. Way better than the store bought, ready made patties.

a little tedious but works as advertised
I love to grill burgers. Up to now I have been using a metal burger press that can press two burgers at a time. It does not do stuffed burgers, though, and the idea of trying a press for stuffed burgers was appealing. I first saw an add for a stuffed burger press like this one on Facebook, but the price was about 1-1/2 times the price of this one. Functionally, they appeared to be pretty much the same, so I opted to purchase this one.The stuffed burger press arrives just as described in a fairly compact box that is convenient for storage. Included are the 20 papers for separating patties and a brief instruction sheet. A small press for making sliders (not stuffed, though) is provided. Everything is pretty easy to figure out once you know how to twist off the larger press to reveal the press for making the burger pocket.I purchased some fresh 80% lean ground chuck to try out the press. It takes some experimentation to determine how much ground beef to use with the press. The instructions tell you to put about 60% of your beef in the press initially to make the pocket for your stuffing. After you have added your stuffing, you use the remainder of the beef to form a cap to seal the top. I found it to be too awkward and time consuming to screw the larger press back on to press on the top, so I just flattened the beef top in my palm and then pressed it onto the top of my burger. After completing this process it is easy to push out your newly formed stuffed burger by pressing upward on the removable bottom of the press. It makes a fairly thick and uniform burger. I stacked burgers on top of each other, separated by a small sheet of waxed paper, for easy transport to the grill. Others I put in a freezer bag and placed them in the freezer for future usage. My only real criticism of this press is on many of the burgers the top did not seem to seal very well and separated from the bottom of the rest of the burger. This seemed to occur most often when the burger was stuffed pretty full, so you may have to lessen the amount of stuffing to prevent this. Also, it is pretty time consuming to create stuffed burgers using this press, although for only a small number of people it is probably not a big deal. If you are planning to make a lot of stuffed burgers, though, you will find it to be a very lengthy process. If you plan to make unstuffed burgers or sliders, which I did not do, it is a faster process since you won't be stuffing them.Overall, for the money spent, I like this burger press. It does offer some advantage over making stuffed burgers by hand in that they come out very uniform in size and thickness. For unstuffed burgers, though, my existing two burger metal press is far superior to this one.

OMG - Great Burgers
This makes a GREAT stuffed burger. My family loves them. It is easy to use o ce you get the hand of it. And I recommend freezing for 10-15 minutes after making and then put on the grill. Stuffed Burgers stayed together And no cheese oozed out! Love it

Nice Device
This device does a great job of making nice size burgers. It is very easy to use. Put in the raw burner and press. I use a kitchen scale to use the same about of meat in each burger. I typically use 1/3 of a pound which makes a nice size burger. Even making stuffed burger is easy. No rocket science here. One design change that might might be nice would be a slight bulge so that the middle of the burger is thinner than the outside. Burgers of equal thickness when raw tend to get thicker in the middle when cooked. I overcome this problem now by pressing the middle of the burger with my gloved thumbs,

Neat tool for making thick homemade burgers
The MiiKO Stuffed Burger Press is a pretty neat tool for making thick homemade burgers. The burgers held up well on the grill and kept their form very nicely. Before using burger press I was just flattening by hand but sometimes the burgers would fall apart on the sides. I remember my mom having something similar from when I was a kid so I figured I try this one. I like the idea of making stuffed burgers as well. Even comes with a downloadable PDF recipe book. I haven't tried the stuffed burgers yet so we will see. So far, very nice product and I like that I can just throw it into the dishwasher to ensure proper cleaning for food safety issues. When it comes to raw meat, I am extremely cautious with cleaning and sanitizing. I recommend this product.
