Bought 12 pack and the box recieved was opened and unsealed on trying to insert and use the canisters they DO NOT WORK. USED or DEFECTIVE?! There is a nonrefundable policy? EMPTY?

Bummer - these are not good
These do not work at all like the ones I got when I ordered my Coravin. Very disappointing as they don't last long and don't provide the right amount of pressure to make the wine come out well.
