New Wave Enviro Water Dispenser

The crock includes a white plastic ring, to ensure a good seal between your big five-gallon bottle and the top rim of the crock. As I was setting it up, I inverted a five-gallon bottle and seated it... and realized that I'd forgotten the sealing ring. In life, there are some things that are irreversible, like scrambling an egg, or admitting to your partner that you're attracted to her sister. Or like putting a five-gallon jug of water onto a little blue crockery dispenser. You're not taking it off until you've drunk at least four gallons. But the seal is holding, with no leaks! This means that the lip of the crock is well-made enough that there are no teensy gaps, for the water (which is under serious pressure from all the water above it, in the tank) to squeeze through and make drips. And the spigot is functional and non-leaky. EXCELLENT. I have it in a place where it could freeze. I'm hoping that the crock is strong enough to withstand some ice. I will report back. But so far it's perfect.

Just got this about a week ago, seems very nice. Well Packaged, came fast. Color very pretty (looks black in photo, but is cobalt blue), inside nice and shiny ceramic too. I agree the spigot could be better quality. It's already started to leak. Had to re-tighten the top part with the lever. Guess I'll be looking into a better spigot soon. SINCE I FAILED TO POST THIS IN 2019, MIGHT AS WELL DO IT NOW. ONLY RECENTLY DID THE SPIGOT GIVE UP THE GHOST, SO GUESS IT WASN'T AS CHEAP AS IT SEEMED. YOU SHOULD HAVE A SPARE ON HAND ANYWAY AND THEY MIGHT BE HARD TO FIND LOCALLY. I WAS ABLE TO GRab one at ACE and have another stainless steel one on the way from AMZ. Sorry 'bout the caps, had my keyboard lock on and wasn't looking up. This is a great little water jug. No complaints at all.

Not much to say - it’s a great design and is great quality. Comes with everything you need besides the water bottle! The only thing I would maybe like to see is a metal spigot option or upgrade since it comes with a plastic one.

The crock looks great, and seemed sturdy and perfect. But so unfortunate, the bottom leaks, it doesn’t have cracks, and the faucet is totally screwed in fine, it literally sleeps through water through the porcelain itself through the bottom of the crock. I happily installed the crock, put a 5 gallon in it, and but the end of the first day, the towel underneath it was soaking wet, and the only source could be the bottom of the crock.

Love it, water tastes good and cobalt blue is gorgeous! So happy we did not get the electric water cooler dispenser or the neck pop in filter battery type my husband wanted, so it saves lots of $, no plugs makes it placeable anywhere. It's on my kitchen counter because of space issues, but my husband will build me a stand when we buy our homestead 2021 or I can get a used cast iron stand too. You will love them, save $, the planet, the ocean & marine life from plastic!!! I pay $1.95 for 5 gal H2o, saved a month $16=192 yearly of H2o bottles and no recycling! Yes, you have to carry the H2o into your home, but the same x2 with H2o bottles. When we homestead, I will buy another one. Love our planet, be resourceful, efficient, and save $.

I had my water jug finally die after 10 years. I looked foe a new one that would actually look GOOD (finally the "just till I can afford a nice one" died! YAY!) This one is gorgeous! I love it is such a deep blue. My only caveat is make sure you tighten down the nut, that fixes the spout in it, TIGHT. Like REALLY tight. I walked away after putting a new jug on it and came back 3 hours later to find my costly water everywhere but in the JUG! So screw that puppy in as tight as tight can get. Lesson learned, get neighbors son to tighten it for me.

This product is awesome. We love sweet tea and needed to start making it in larger batches. This was.oerfect and I love the BOHO design, super cute. A few things to take into consideration before purchasing: 1. This is not a small object you will need to make sure you can accommodate something its size in your refrigerator. 2. If you buy the lid make sure to compensate for the knob on the top because it does stick up a little higher than I'd like so we had to arrange the shelves in a way that it didn't take up our while fridge and leave some of the shelves useless. Also take into consideration that we have a very deep fridge, not like your normal depth. It is a brand new Samsung French door which makes it so much easier to pull out and out back in. 3. If you don't have French doors or a large ridge make sure to measure it out because this thing is a monster. The nozzle doesn't feel cheap to me and I like that it is plastic and not metal because it won't rust. I am concerned about the plastic breaking later on down the road, though. Otherwise, we are completely happy with it

I'm using this with a GWF8 big jug type water filter. No problems after almost a year.

I thought it was going to ve bigger but it looks great and sharp in my place. Works well just make aure you attach the spigot so it's tight. Perfect and simple product that doesn't water electricity and can break down and leak. I have a water jug in the fridge for my family that doesn't drink room temperature water.

Bought this to replace a water cooler machine. Takes up way less space, doesn't make any noise and much easier to clean. Colour is a bit darker than expected but looks good. No leaking, fits an 18L bottle.

As listed repeatedly in other comments, the tap leaked the first day. Counter threading is a thing and I was able to make it stop via a few minutes of making adjustments. As it did no damage to my kitchen/belongings (it’s just water) I gave it full stars.

The product is beautiful however the spigot was missing and once I contacted the manufacturer they promised to send a replacement but didn’t. Honestly, I would still buy it though, it’s very nice and spigots are cheap
