How do we contact the company regarding the two year warranty? I bought 4 sets last year and there is a defect in 3 of 4 sets.

I contacted Coollife through the Amazon website but they referred me back to Amazon.

I just received my 3 piece luggage set and I can't open the lock. I tried 000 and that doesn't work. I'm leaving next week and need this to open!

About the lock can't be opened you mentioned, we guess that the lock code might be revised during production process, you can try follow the instructions below to find your previous password: 1, carefully observed below digital turntable lock, use the flashlight, rotating disk password, you will see a small hole (very small) 2, Make three holes pointing at one direction (the direction as shown), at this time record these three figures. 3, the three figures minus 2 (or 3), the result is the password you previously set. For example, when I go to the 259, the holes are facing the same direction as shown, while every number of 259 minus 2, that is 037 and 037 is the password you set before. Please refer to the picture in attachment. Now you have finished resetting the lock. Please remember your new password by heart. 1. Put the combination to 0,0,0 2. Press the Reset Button, which is next to the zipper silver tip on the right, it’s super small so use a flashlight and you’ll see it. You can use the tip of your earring. You’ll here a click. 3. Set it to your personalized Combination. 4. Then click the big button on the right side. 5. It’s set ! 6. Remember you have to type in your Combo to Open and Close every time. And remember, after, put the numbers back to 0,0,0 so nobody knows your combo.

What are the wheels made of? Are they plastic or like inline skate rubber?

the are made of abs which is one of plastic,it is harder than inline skate rubber so it can provide a good experience

Lasted me years

Solid 4.5 stars. Purchased in 2021 and the large luggage finally gave out. The wheel still works but its annoying because it cracked and is hard to push along side me so I have to pull it behind me to get the wheel off the floor. Very sturdy however scratches easily. Will be purchasing again for my next trip. This survived quite a few trips, maybe used 10 times total on flights the past 5 years. However, if you are a frequent traveler it might wear down on yoj more? The middle sized and carryon work just fine., however still to this day no zipper problems or handle problems on any of them!!

Wonderful, easy, good quality

Bought them for a trip to London absolutely fabulous durable swivels easy to move. Lightweight PSA locks very happy with it. They came in three sizes with a travel bag and a toilet bag as well big roomie travel bag. I used that most of the time while I was walking around the city very happy with it highly Dorset I got it navy blue.

Great wedding shower gift!

This is my go-to wedding gift. Comes in a variety of colors, is lightweight and beautiful. The wheels could be more durable but otherwise a great starter set of luggage.

The luggage set is exactly as shown online. All the items in the set are of very good quality! Each item fits inside the larger one for easy storage until you use them. There is a grab handle on the top and side of each suitcase. The hard shell seems very durable. Definitely worth the purchase!

These are very good. I always back them so much I have to squeeze them to shut them but they have never failed me. I would have loved to see them being expandable but they are not. They still do a great job. They hold a lot and the zipper is great. They easily roll
