LOUD, painful clicking noise directly in ear canal when main button is pushed
It's somewhat limited in its control options, isn't really that comfortable to wear, and worst of all, the main button emits a loud 'CLICK' directly into your ear canal. This is, of course, heard as a very loud sound and is quite unpleasant.

Not as good of quality as hoped. Voice isn't super clear, others have a difficult time hearing me on the other end

Not sure about this one.
I had an older model, different brand, and could wear it all day. For some reason this one hurts my ear. I've tried different adjustments but to no avail.

The headset paired to an Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge with no issues. The fit is nice but the quality of the transmission leaves a lot to be desired. I can tell when my wife is using this headset. I am hard of hearing and the volume level is almost too low for me to hear her. If I had it to do again, I would not buy this headset.

Terrible sound
Sounds like a string tied to 2 tin cans. Plus I want to know who has ears shaped like the ear piece...Spock? Terrible product.
