Utilizzo l'Humidor MAG di Case Elegance da circa un anno e ne sono soddisfattissimo, soprattutto per l'eccellente servizio post vendita: la casa è sempre pronta a fornire consigli utili, risolvendo a stretto giro anche problemi di natura non strettamente commerciale. In questi mesi, e dopo varie prove, posso dire che l'Humidor funziona al meglio con le soluzioni umidificanti della casa fornite in dotazione con il MAG e che quindi ho provveduto a riacquistare, sia nella versione normale che in quella "winter", molto adatta ai climi più secchi, ed in generale, al periodo invernale. Il supporto tecnico mi ha di volta in volta consigliato come utilizzarli al meglio, e posso dire che i prodotti funzionano davvero bene. Ottimi prodotti, supporto davvero eccellente

This humidor solution works perfectly for my needs. It keeps my cigars in great condition. The bottle is small, but it’s more than enough for my usage and should last a good while. I don’t have experience with other products to compare, but this has been effective and easy to use, so I’m happy with it. Diese Humidor-Lösung hat sich bei mir als sehr zuverlässig erwiesen. Die Mischung aus destilliertem Wasser und Propylenglykol hält die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Humidor stabil, ohne dass ich ständig nachjustieren muss. Genau das erwarte ich von einer guten Befeuchtungslösung. Saubere Qualität: Die Flüssigkeit ist klar, geruchlos und hinterlässt keine Rückstände im Humidor oder im Schwammbefeuchter. Sehr sparsam: Eine Flasche reicht lange, da nur geringe Mengen pro Anwendung benötigt werden.
